• Divieto di fumo: non è consentito fumare all’interno della struttura.
• Animali non ammessi: per garantire comfort e igiene, non sono ammessi animali domestici.
• Check-in e check-out:
  • Check-in: dalle 16:00 alle 19:00.
  • Check-out: dalle 8:00 alle 11:00.
• Feste ed eventi: non sono consentite feste, eventi o riunioni rumorose.
• Rispetto del vicinato: si chiede di mantenere un comportamento rispettoso e di evitare rumori molesti, specialmente nelle ore di riposo.
• Uso degli spazi: gli spazi devono essere utilizzati con cura; eventuali danni andranno segnalati tempestivamente.
• Numero ospiti: non è consentito ospitare persone oltre quelle indicate nella prenotazione.

• Use of spaces: guests are asked to take care of the property; any damage should be reported immediately.
• Number of guests: only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.
